PC-DOCTOR INC. APPOINTS TECHNOLOGY VETERAN AS DIRECTOR OF OEM BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Expanded Sales Management Team Primed to Seize Growth Opportunities in Traditional and Emerging Markets

RENO, NV (Feb. 9, 2005) PC-Doctor Inc., (www.pc-doctor.com), the leading global developer of hardware diagnostic and system information tools, today announced the appointment of technology veteran Harry Gordon as director of OEM business development.

With more than 20 years of business development and sales experience in small, mid-sized and large technology companies, Gordon will be responsible for growing PC-Doctors relationships with HP, Gateway, Dell and other major PC manufacturers headquartered in the United States. His appointment follows the recent hiring of two other industry veterans in Japan and Taiwan -- Takeshi Takeuchi and Jerry Chiu, respectively -- to lead expansion efforts in the Asia-Pacific region.

Our newly expanded sales management team puts PC-Doctor in a strong position to better support current customers in traditional PC markets and to capitalize on emerging opportunities in consumer, medical, defense and other industries, said Aki Korhonen, president of PC-Doctor. Harrys experience in diverse technologies is particularly important as we work with customers who are building new generations of products based on PC technologies.

The expansion of sales leadership team is perfectly timed to coincide with the planned releases of exciting, new software throughout 2005, said Gordon. All of the new software will continue PC-Doctors history of helping customers reduce unnecessary warranty costs and improve the quality of their products.

Most recently, Gordon led Pacific Rim business development for Dolch Computer Systems of Fremont, Calif. At Dolch, he grew distribution channels for the companys rugged portable PCs and other computing products for hazardous work areas. He also acquired key accounts and established strategic relations with partners in China, and created programs for 20 distribution partners that contributed $2 million annually.

Additionally, he has held international sales management positions with Coactive Networks Inc., Stereographics Corp. and Systech Corporation. Among his other experience are management, sales and engineering positions with Computer Associates, Control Data Corporation and IBM Corporation.
