Knowledge Base - Service Center 10.5 boots to a black screen on certain Intel Skylake units

We have been made aware of an issue between certain Intel Skylake units and Service Center 10.5 in bootable mode.
A small number of units running Intel's Skylake platform will boot to a black screen when attempting to run Service Center 10.5 bootable. This issue is being addressed for future releases. For those currently experiencing the issue please follow these steps for resolution:
1.Highlight the Video Fallback option and press "tab"
2.Erase the quiet option
