- End User
This term refers to the Customer/Client of a Service Center Remote Technician. So essentially, it is the owner/user of the computer which is being diagnosed.
- End User Agent
Refers to the program (ServiceCenterRemoteSetup.exe) that the End User will download in order to complete the remote connection with their Technician.
The term MUD is short for Multipurpose USB Device, which is the locking device included with the Service Center kits.
