We offer one of the best benefits packages in the state. PC-Doctor pays 92% of basic insurance premiums for each full-time employee. Employees are eligible the first of the month after hire date, and may include dependent coverage. Premiums for dependent insurance and optional plans are deducted from the employee's pay (pre-tax).

Health Medical Coverage

  • Employees residing in Northern Nevada may choose from one HMO / three PPO plans.
  • Employees residing outside of Northern Nevada may choose from three PPO plans.

Dental Insurance

  • Includes preventive, basic, major and orthodontic coverage.

Vision Care

Masters of Fun (MoFs)

  • In the end, we work hard and play hard. This committee arranges for regular company events such as go-cart racing, laser tag, movie nights, snow skiing and boarding, and water park events. The committee also arranges contests, team lead auctions, and raffles.
