Employees are eligible the first of the month after hire date, and may include dependent coverage. Premiums for dependent insurance and optional plans are deducted from the employee's pay (pre-tax).

- In the end, we work hard and play hard. This committee arranges for regular company events such as go-cart racing, laser tag, movie nights, snow skiing and boarding, and water park events. The committee also arranges contests, team lead auctions, and raffles.
