We offer one of the best benefits packages in the state. PC-Doctor pays 100% of basic insurance premiums for each full-time employee (based on mid-range plan). Employees are eligible the first of the month after hire date, and may include dependent coverage. Premiums for dependent premiums and optional plans are deducted from the employee's pay (pre-tax).

Health Medical Coverage

  • Employees residing in Northern Nevada may choose from two HMO / two PPO plans.
  • Employees residing outside of Northern Nevada may choose from two PPO plans.

Masters of Fun (MoFs)

  • In the end, we work hard and play hard. This committee arranges for regular company events such as go-cart racing, laser tag, movie nights, snow skiing and boarding, and water park events. The committee also arranges contests, team lead auctions, and raffles.
