"Ever been involved in the early stages of a start-up? It’s a wonderful opportunity that I’ve had a couple of times. There is a unique energy there, as everyone focuses on a common goal. They do whatever it takes to build the company and produce the best possible product. They work together respectfully and cooperatively, fearlessly offering the best they have, but easily adapting when something even better is offered by another team member. "Japanese localization is a challenging job. Unfortunately, there is no way to explain how challenging it is to someone who has not experienced it. There is a significant difference between translation and localization in Japanese. Japanese localized products can range from very bad quality translated products to achieving high a standard of excellence in the localized product. At PC-Doctor Japan, I am learning to work with self discipline and to enjoy and share professionalism. In a sense, I can say that we are practicing the spirit of "Bushi-do" at our Japan office, and I'm loving it."
