Purpose

The purpose of this document is to provide a walkthrough for the Service Center downloads process using the Service Center Multipurpose USB Device Analyzer Tool.

Description

To determine your available downloads, follow these instructions to use the Service Center Multipurpose USB Device Analyzer Tool. The Service Center Multipurpose USB Device Analyzer Tool will automatically redirect you to a webpage with further instructions on the downloads process.

1. Download the Service Center Multipurpose USB Device Analyzer Tool using the link below:
   https://www.pcdservicecenter.com/files/scmudanalyzerutil.zip
2. Insert your Service Center Multipurpose USB Device (MUD) into an available USB port on the system.
3. Extract the previously downloaded scmudanalyzerutil.zip and execute the scmudanalyzerutil.exe.
4. The Service Center Multipurpose USB Device Analyzer Tool will analyze your MUD and determine the available downloads. Once this has been completed you will be redirected to a webpage with further instructions on selecting an available download.   

Additional Information

The Service Center downloads allow you to access the ISO disc image file associated to your purchased Service Center product. If any updates are made available, they will appear as an available download.
