It has been observed that while running the “Mouse Interactive Test” in Service Center Bootable Diagnostics using a mouse without a scroll wheel the “Scroll Mouse Wheel” prompt still appears. As there is no mouse wheel to scroll in order to pass the test, the user is left with only the option to fail or cancel the scan.
This is currently a known issue with Service Center and we are actively working on a resolution that will be provided in a future update to Service Center.
