Issue
When using Toolbox to test gaming controllers, if two or more controllers are connected to the system, only one is testable.
Problem
There is a known bug preventing Toolbox from enumerating and testing multiple gaming controllers connected to a single system.
Resolution
Connect each controller, one at a time and run diagnostics. The most effective way is to do the following:
- Connect controller A to the system
- Open Toolbox and test the device
- Close Toolbox
- Disconnect controller A and connect controller B
- Repeat steps until all controllers are tested.
We are currently working on resolving this issue in a future update to Toolbox for Windows.
