After opening up Toolbox, some devices such as video cards, monitors or touch screen digitizers are not listed and cannot be tested. Closing and reopening Toolbox does not resolve the issue.
There is a known bug in Toolbox for Windows causing some display devices to "disappear" from the user interface after relaunching Toolbox.
The current workaround is to restart the Toolbox service when the issue presents itself. This can be done in two ways:
